As stated elsewhere I am looking at a Gulfstream to replace my 208 adventure. I hopped aboard one in the showroom and it does seem wider and a bit bigger and i like the motor placement.

In the water will I see much more stability and a much better ride?? thanks

Believe me the riide is dramatically different. I went from a Seafarer and the ride difference was remarkable. Drier, Smother and more stable. The beam makes a big difference with the overall stability, although the seafarer was not bad. - I would recommend the twin setup or the 350 for power if you can afford it.

I went from a 208 to a Gulfstream and the ride is much better, the boat feels bigger than 23'. I am powered with a F250, but I am sorry I did not get twin F150s. The F250 cruises 29 mph @ 4500 rpm 2.2 mpg and WOT 39 mph@ 5800 rpm.
