I don't know if you're referring the length or the width, but sometimes you need to put them into the locker at an odd angle - even upside down, first. However, "Danforth" is an actual brand of the "fluke style" anchor. There are many brands of flukes and you can compare their dimensions to what you have. If your anchor is too far oversized, then that could be the problem, too. In certain situations, you may need to cut the bars a bit.
