Hi, thanks for the add! Seriously thinking about buying a used Freedom 235 - I'll need to fly out to see it and ship it back home. I have never been on a 235 - just a 215 (neighbor's boat) and a 257 Fisherman in the Boat Specialist showroom. It would be great to see a 235, 255, or 275 before making the trip. By chance, any one know of one in my area that someone might be willing to let me check out? Thanks!

Looks like the only west coast GW club is in WA. That would be my 1st place to try, but it isn't exactly close. I've not seen any WC GW DC owners on the forum. Only walk arounds and CCs.
Are there no WC GW dealers? In these parts, dealers are still friendly to used owners - service and potential relationships for upgrades and future sales. I'd stop by one and see what they have in stock, if you haven't already.

Yes, I did visit the local Grady dealer (Boat Specialist in Richmond, CA) - they were very accommodating as you've experienced, but only have a Fisherman 257 and an Adventurer in their showroom. Haven't ruled out flying up to Seattle, there's a couple listings up there and a 235 in the showroom, but hoping something closer pops up! Thanks, Dan
I’ve got an 08’ 275 near Seattle but if your traveling to look at boats or looking for a used boat to ship I highly reccomend going to Florida. There will be dozens of these models for sale to check out and much better prices than the west coast even after shipping expenses. I bought my 275 in Florida for less than half of any west cost boats and trailered it home to WA in 3 days.
