Dana Point is a bit slim for boat shops. West Coast Marine Service in Costa Mesa is a pretty good shop, at least for outboard work. I've not used them for other services, though.

I'm in Dana Point, but keep my GW up in Newport (guess why?) lol . . Anyway , West Coast Marine Services can probably handle what you need. They just did my 100 hours my '95 175 Yamaha SWSII (which runs great) I'll be bringing it back to them for a few other things in the fall ie; new hoses, new prop, new ignition swtich. I'm slowly doing a full rehab.
