I'm going to install either a Simrad AP26 or AP16 on my Islander and I was wondering if it can be connected to my Raymarine Smart Heading system w/fluxgate compass and GyroPlus 2 unit. I know the Raymarine autopilots plug into the GyroPlus 2 unit. Are there plugs/adapters that allow a Simrad autopilot to be plugged into the Raymarine unit? I'm just trying to avoid having to install another fluxgate compass(RC36) and heading sensor for the Simrad autopilot. TIA
