Can someone tell me which bar graph on the square Yamaha control refers to the main tank vs aux?

Depends on which way your switch is thrown. Switch controls which sending unit the gauge is showing.
On my 2007 330 the left most bar is the main (aft) tank and the right is the aux or forward tank. I believe it is a function of the yamaha gauge setup, but GW usually makes left main. No switch on my boat.

Ahh,, I've got the old school gauge,, only shows one tank, controlled by the switch. My new gauges for the 4.2 will show both tanks.
