Battery battery

Ok I switched all 3 batterys ( my battery guage was blinking, I have twin 200 HPDI) The guage is still blinking. Owners manual states when blinking bad battery. Anyone have an idea what else it could be?

I assume this is on the Yamaha indicators? Maybe the engine isnt charging when running? May want to find a troubleshoot guide online and see if yo can measure the charger output?
Just a thought.

Yep its the yamaha indicators, at higher rpms it reads 17
