Bennet trimtab indicators

First trip of the season yesterday. My boat is a year old and the trim tab indicators are blinking back and forth port to starboard when trying to trim and keep blinking. Does anyone know what this??

Thanks Jim, I was hoping that is was something simple. Printing it out and heading down to the boat.
