Best Prop for a 1996 Grady 208 Adventure w/ a new Yamaha(2025)F200

Hello,

my Partner and I just re-powered our new to us 208, wondering which prop will work best in this circumstance. we put an aluminum pilot house on this boat( designed and built by us) which is why we decided to bite the bullet and re-power to brand new. The old 2-stroke was perfect except for the fact that for some reason the crankshaft decided to break just under the flywheel, Crazy right? I didn't know those little starters could do that, Ha! anyway upon further inspection it looked as though the crank had been cracked there for some time. I digress.... prop suggestions:0)

I have a 15P 4 blade Powertech prop on my 208 Grady but no hardtop, so with your aluminium top I don't think my application applies.
 
15 pitch 3 blade if lakes or near shore.. 15 pitch 4 Blade if offshore or heavy loaded most of the time.. I’m a fan of Mercury props over Yamaha.
 
Thanks Guys! any pros/cons on stainless over aluminum? All the yammy's in the harbor where we stay seem to all have SS
