Bilge Pump Wiring

Hi all,

I’m wondering how bilge pumps are normally wired. Do they typically draw from the house or from one of the starters?

Of course I realize no one could tell me what’s going on on my own boat—I’m just wondering what’s typical/standard.

Should be tied to the house battery. The batteries are charged via the onboard battery charger (if equipped) via AC and the motors via DC.

Thanks Skunkboat. Are these your starter batteries you're referring to, or do you have two house batteries?
