Now that my boat is in water I'm concerned about bonding thru hull fittings to avoid electrolysis.
Access is a problem especially for the cockpit drains at each aft corner.
Any tips or advice?

all i will tell you is that GW specifically told me that they do NOT recommend a bonding system on outboard powered boats. i was corresponding with them on some grounding questions for electronics.

i didn't get into specifics with them, but i will guess that since the engine is basically the water ground and there is a lot of aluminum alloy in there, not such a good idea to have more noble metals bonded in a circuit. someone who knows the technical side will probably post. ron
