that should be a bolt on replacement....you have to access the fastener nuts from the inside and just un bolt the bow eye...its just marine grade U-bolt really....check your core for wear and tear...epoxy any issues, and replace and recaulk with a new eye....if the gel coat cracks you may have to re-bed it in epoxy and do a little cosmetic work but not a major deal.....thats really it.....if you're not comfortable with resins, have a local shop do it as this is an important part for towing and should be done right.
