Still super easy to find either at your local marine store or online. Just be careful of Chinese knock-offs. You want to BE SURE that the cleat is well made.

If you still need help, search for Herreshoff cleat. I'm "assuming" this is the style you're looking for.

You're still being vague on what exactly you want. We're trying to help you.

Is the cleat for a boat? A Grady-White or another brand? Could be a cleat for a dock? When asking for help, you need to give us an idea of what it is you need,(which is a SS cleat, we got that much) and it's application.
