I have a 2013 285 Freedom with staining on both starboard and port aft cockpit coaming bolsters. Can anyone explain how to remove them from the vessel for repair?

there are a couple of threads that explain it, maybe with pics. You have to get down on your knee and look at the underside of the bolster. Look near the weep holes (brass ring) and you will find a phillips screw head. Need to locate all on each bolster and remove. Then push the bolster up. The backside of the bolster has circular holes that the mounts slide into. If you push and can't get the bolster to move - look for another screw. Once you do one, the removal will be simple and go quickly.
