Anyone out there have any experience converting their older stlyle roller to a newer application? I currently have a 91 Gulfstream with bow pulpit. It has a "good" windlass and roller that stows the anchor and rode on top and in front of the pulpit. I recently purchased a flush mount anchor roller that would involve cutting a hole in the pulpit. This would bring the anchor and rode through the pulpit and stow the anchor underneath like the newer versions. Anyone try it, how did it work out?
