Converted i/o to outboard bracket

Looking at an 88 22 grady seafarer that has ben converted to outboard from i/o. Professionally done. Anyone have experience with this. Good bad ? Has a saltwater series yamaha 250 on it low hours

No direct experience, but it looks like it would work. Any chance they can get it together for a water test? I'm thinking all of these are somewhat of a snowflake and you really need that water test.

Mine is the same way.

If it was done correctly, there's nothing wrong with that conversion. All depends on how well it was done, though. There's no way for use to really assess it from where we are, though... ;)
