Glass is cracked on fold over part of my hatch going into the cuddly cabin. To save having to pay for a new one which would most likely have to be customized I sandwiched the crack between two walnut boards that I cut out and finished.

Be sure to add bumpers to the dash or the block to prevent screw heads from gouging your gelcoat.

Replaced mine with 1/2" black starboard. Made the bend with a heat gun. No more worries bout crackin.
