The plastic or plexiglass hatch going into my cabin has a crack a few inches long. I try to be carful as not to make it worse. Has anyone had any luck repairing this so it doesn’t look like a t*rd in a punch bowl. I thought about the stuff that you use a light to cure.8090E5EF-531E-4880-8DCE-5D3C2B526997.jpeg

Any repair you make is going to be visible. You could try progressive attempts at buffing, but it's going to be labor intensive. You may be able to find a shop that can duplicate the piece. But, yes, some kind of super glue or that stuff you reference certainly can't hurt. To keep the crack from going further, drill a small hole at both ends of the crack. It's not guaranteed to stop it, but it has a very good chance of working. Then you can fill the hole with glue. Try to flex the crack open a bit when you put glue on it. Mask well.

I found a brand new companion way hatch for my 228 on Ebay. It was manufactured by another company, let me see if I can find that info, you might be able to contact them and get a replacement for yours.

Fin-Addict Marine in Benson NC was the manufacturer for the hatch. Might give them a call and see what they can do for you. 919-989-6813.

This was the tag off my hatch. It's OEM Grady-White. You can see Fin-Addict Marine name on right side.
