Cruise Air Not Working - Any hints out there?

Hi, I'm resurecting an older grady white. Have a problem with the A/C. Doesn't cool, and there is a buz every roughly 18 seconds from the unit. Water flow is fine. Fan and thermostat work. Thanks - John

Sounds like no freon or a bad pressure switch.
