We run a dehumidifier in the cabin about 10 hours a day. Have it plugged into a timer. Boat is lift stored at the house, so makes it easy. We bought the dehumidifier at Walmart a few years ago for around $100. The dehumidifier drains into the sink in the cabin so that the water flows out the thru-hull rather than into the bilge.

We did this with our 272 Sailfish and now with our 330 Express with never any issues. Its gets hot in the cabin, but have never had any mold or condensation issues.

I use the hanging DampRid bag (the one designed to hang in a closet). Fairly inexpensive, works for a month or so and smells great.
