Rocker switch for individual tilt of starboard 2006 Yamaha engine does not work. Anyone had a similar issue and if so how did you fix it? Did some looking and can’t find such a switch available – if it is even accessible .

First thing I'd do it hit them with WD40. When mine sticks or is intermittent I do this and they pop back to life. Happens about every other year. Now as part of my pre-storage items I hit the one on the binnacle and the two individual ones.

Mobile marine mechanic here. Good advice above. To narrow down the individual rocker on the starboard engine:
1. Check the fuse or breaker feeding the trim and tilt circuit first. If the binnacle control still moves that engine, the pump, relays and motor are fine and the fault is in the rocker or its wiring.
2. Pull the switch and look at the terminals and connector for green crust. Clean with electrical contact cleaner and reseat.
3. With the key on, check for battery voltage at the switch feed terminal. No voltage points to a fuse or feed wire problem.
4. Test the switch itself with a meter on continuity, pressing it both ways. If it closes, move on to the wires between the switch and the engine.
5. Get the wire colors from your Yamaha service manual for your year before jumping anything, and put a fuse in any jumper lead you use.
