Explorer 24 window seal replacement help

Hi all I'm doing a big refit on my 1992 Explorer 246G this summer with a repaint with Awlcraft 2000 in a new Coosa/Fiberglass replacement hardtop a 6" scanstrut radar mount with a Garmin 18XD radar a custom made overhead console with a Fusion stereo VHF radio 4"speakers a 6 switch fuse panel for all my upper electronics and a Garmin 942 screen just for the radar . I also have the newer style Grady White emblems for the rear of the hull . I also will be redoing the v berth cushions and replacing the porta potty . The one thing i really need some help on are what to use to re bed or reseal it . If anyone here has experience reworking there boat please share your wisdom/knowledge and what you used . Wow, no replies? I just purchased a 92 hardtop. I'm interested in your project. How did the window reseal project come out? Did you actually pull the glass out? I have to figure out real soon what to do.
