Fold down transome

I own a 2001 265 express my fold down transom by the motors is starting to come apart any recommendations for a replacement

Mine has a crack and some separation around the seam.
I plan to save the skin, remove the core from the back, re-core it with marine plywood, glass and epoxy. Paint it white.

Similar job to what I did with the deck lid. see 265 mods
