I am considering changing the color of my under gunnel lights. Seems the biggest challenge to this project is where to get the same type of rope lights in a different color. I have contacted GW Cust Serv for assistance, but figured perhaps someone on here has done this.

I got the led light strip from the local electric store, it a 12-volt system, used clear calk to stick it to the gunwale , and waterproof the connections. the only trouble I ran into is the remote is not very salt waterproof, should have protected it in a ziplock bag, battery connection gummed up.
