Fresh water shower pump not working

I started to empty the fresh water tank for Winter on my 225 Tournament using the transom shower and it stopped working after a few seconds?? I still have over half a tank full of water in it. Does anyone know how to empty the tank it if the water pump is not working? Is there a drain on the tank somewhere? Thanks!

Did the pump stop or did I the water stop flowing while the pump was on? If the latter, check the screen on the intake side of your pump. Sometimes they clog.
On our boat most of the water will drain from the tank once you remove the hose from the intake side of the pump. You might be able to kill 2 birds with one stone in the process.

Thanks for your reply. Once you disconnect the hose I suppose the water goes into the bilge right?

Ours ultimately goes to the bilge. I would guess Grady likely considered the same for your boat.
