On my new to me 208 the Depth Sounder (Furuno Color LCD Sounder FCV-582L) kept resetting, acting like it was turning off and back on. I felt it and it was real hot. I installed a Garmin 540 beside it and it was real warm also but never reset or anything. I did have the box cover closed and I opened it and it kept resetting. Each device is running off a separate breaker on the control panel. Voltage at the unit is 12.59 with engine off. How warm do these units run?
