I've got a new F285 coming with Helm Master, digital electronic steering, engine control, and full-motion joystick. My understanding is that the combination now comes with auto-pilot functionality. My question is, is there a benefit to installing Garmin auto-pilot on top of the Helm Master autopilot?

Looking at videos for the newest helm master ex it appears that you can already use your Garmin mfd in addition to the CL7 yamaha display.
