I have just purchased a new 2014 228 Grady. After it was shipped to me I notices several cracks in the Gelcoat. Have any of you had this issue.

Gelcoat can crack for any number of reasons. It's hard to understand what's going on as there's no other information. But, yes, gelcoat can crack. Since you have a new (er) boat, you'll want to discuss this with your dealer.
