Genset to Main Panel Issue

Boat is a 2004 330 with a 5kw Northern Lights genset. When on shore power the ac side of the main panel works fine. However, when the genset is on I am not getting power.

Genset runs clean, breaker is open, and the transfer switch is correct :bang

Any ideas???

I found my transfer swicth had loosened. When I turned toward shore it tightened enough to make connection, toward generator it loosened ( or vice versa I don't recall). Took switch apart and retightened screw and all is well.
