On my 2003 sailfish, I've noticed just this season that a few of my gauges are off. For instance, my gas tank indicator is always blinking even after I filled the tank up. Also, I have twin F225s and the trim indicator on the left engine doesn't respond. What steps should I take? Thanks.

Not to bust you chops but did you select the main tank? There could be corrosion by the sender connection but they do go bad.

For the trim there is a little lever under the motor that sends the trim angle to the gauge, they often get stuck. Spray some lube on it and work it loose.

Yes, the main tank is selected. And I opened up the spot in the deck where the wires involving the tank level are and don't know where to start. They do look a little corroded, but I'm not sure.

As far as the trim tab indicator, I'll try to find that. Thank you.
