Wanting to add some rod holders on my ‘21 307. Has anyone done this? Any pics or suggestions before I start drilling?

A bunch of folks have. Search the Mod/Upgrade section. Its fairly straight forward. You need to pay attention to what is under the gunnel and make sure where you drill has sufficient back side room, You should use backing plates if possible, any size will help. Get the right angle for the holders as well. Seal the core well before installing and the top side flange. Life caulk or a 3M product like 4200 would work well.
