Hardtop

A question to resolve a discussion. Is it possible to remove the hardtop on a gulfstream (and obviously put on back on at some future date)?

I don't know if they intend to do it, or not. Do you reckon that would cause damage? I am just imagining what it might look like, and why someone might want to do that?
