What do you do or use to repair the plastic cracks in the headliner on a 300 marlin?

Call Grady, they use to do mobile repairs for this issue under warranty depending on the age of the boat. They could at least advise how to repair, betteryet refer you to the mobile contractor. In the mean time if you drill an 1/8" hole at each end of the crack, it will stop the spread.

I drilled the holes, wondering if jb plastic weld would work

I used the more costly JB Weld Plastic glue bonder. 2 part mix and then used a large tong depresser to apply it to the crack. Worked it in and smoothed it out. It sanded ok but not the best. Make sure you smooth it out as best as you can and don't touch it once it starts to set. Then sand it down. For paint, I got Benjamin Moore sample strips and matched it up. My local paint shop recommended Insl-X. Paint. They tinted it for me and it worked out great.
