Just bought a 2019 191CE with unbelievably low hours and I'm rigging/having it rigged now. The TM batteries will be installed under the center console. When I examined this area with my rigger, we found a "shelf" present under the large access cover that is under the console. The shelf appears sturdy and I would like to install the two TM batteries in that location to keep more of the "under console" storage area free. The battery charger will be mounted under the console. Since the location would require more effort to inspect the batteries, I'm opting for the GW recommended DEKA Intimidators, group 31. These jewels will weigh close to 140 lbs with their cases and tie downs.
Does anyone have any experience installing batteries in this particular area (the "shelf" that is under the access cover on the floor of the console) and, if so, can you provide some feedback advice as we would like to complete this effort early next week (batteries will be here Tuesday).
Thanks,
SVCap
