I have a new 2008 232 Gulfstream.Just got it home, dealer is a long way from home. The horn does not work.I can't seem to find a fuse for it.I took the horn off today and sent it back for warranty,to get a new one.Just wondering what else I should check to make sure it is the horn and not the wiring?

Thanks

It could be that the set screws that are on the horn are too tight. These screws adjust the pitch of the horn and if they are clamped down too tight the horn will not produce a sound. I went throught this last season. I changed switches, relays etc. to solve the problem and I finally adjusted those set screws ,under the cover of the horn, and then the horn worked perfectly. This could be the problem you had.

Check for 12 volts at the horn (with the switch pressed).
Hook the horn up directly to a battery and see if it works there.
