How long of a slip?

Curious... will a 270 Islander with a windlass and twin yams fit in a 30' slip fine?

They only have 30' slips avail some days so....curious how well they fit in those.

A 30 foot hull will fit into a 10 foot slip as long as it is wide enough
On a serious note, I have been to marinas where all slips were about 20 feet long. There were a lot of big and long boats, they just stuck out. The concern is getting onto the boat and that depends on the specific model. What I did notice was that the majority of the boats were backed in, bow sticking out.
