I got a duel mount for radar and camera with the wing for the gps and tv antenna, will that look stupid on a smaller boat. does anyone have this setup ?

Here is a image of my previous 272 Sailfish with a Seaview mount, Light & GPS Combination mast with Simrad 3G radar dome. It is my opinion that the mount you have ordered is a bit large for a Grady Sailfish.

It will look fine, and be a smart choice for multiple item mounting.

I think the mount will be fine. I wouldn't put anything real large on the upper mount though. The pic you showed with the big tv antenna would look a little much IMHO, but if you want it.... A nice camera or something else that isn't massive is likely ok.
