Installing a CD/FM Radio with speakers

Hi:

I was wondering how hard it would be to install a CD/FM radio system on a 2004 208 Grady? I would be installing the speakers as well. Could it be done over the weekend?

Also, has anyone ever added a fresh water tank as a OEM installation on a 208?
