so I've been dreaming of new motors and adding autopilot and power steering and a windlass.
Mercury came out with new V6 225 4 strokes that added a wrinkle into my decision over Zuki/Yami inline 200s. Surfing Merc's website got me to rethinking the Joystick.
I'm sure it'll add $10K or $15K to a pair of motors, maybe $20k with yams...
However, that price will give me autopilot, power steering, joystick docking, auto-holding over wrecks and while waiting at the RR bridge, make fishing the bridge much more doable with this beast...
Apparently the 2nd generation of these things is much improved.
If I'm going to borrow money anyways, might as well get with the times?.
