leaky window

I have a 1986 24" Offshore that has a leaking starboard cabin window. It is a sliding glass window ith an aluminum frame and track. When it rains the water fills up the track and overflows into the cabin. Has anyone encountered this and how did you fix it?

Is there a horizontal slot in the frame on the outside at the stern end?

If so, flush it out. I recall my 1988 Overnigher had it.

Our boat had a leak same thing, ended up putting a bead of caulk between the aluminum frame and the fiberglass. The water was leaking through there some how.
