Just prior to storing my boat for the winter the live well pump motor burnt up on my 97' gulfstream. Since spring is coming, I like to have all of my parts in place prior to getting the boat from storage. The pump is in the aft and is screwed on the thru hull and is a rule 500gph pump. Here are my questions,
1. Does anyone know the thread size for the inlet ?
2. Also, the discharge barb size ?
3. I`m happy with the 500gph, since I only use it for small ammounts of bait, so is there a pump that is of a really good quality since I often leave the seacock open I worry about housing failure and possible leaks ?
