Marlin window leak

Any advice on removing the starboard window on a 2000 Marlin to repair a leak. Multiple seals look bad/out of place?

Put a photo up of your window. I have an older boat - not sure they are the same as mine.

I made mine fixed (can't open) with a single piece of acrylic. Took them out, replaced window, caulked, installed rubber and set window in place.
