Nice Ride. 
Make sure the site you use allows you to "hotlink" the photos. If they do not the photo will not appear in your thread.

You have two problems:
1) You're trying to post the photo album instead of the photo and you can't do that inside the "img" tag.
2) The hosting site you are using does not allow you to hotlink the photo, meaning that the photo is stored there but displayed elsewhere, on greatgrady in this case.
You hav several options:
1) Set up an account with a service that does allow hotlinking. Some guys have used the following web server to upload pictures:

or
2) email me the photo and I'll post it for you
