Okay so what is it made of...??

Its not starboard I know that much. Just need the name so I can search for a source. It is that wood grain 10/32" stuff around the outter base of the cabin.

Thanks.

Check with a local kitchen cabinet maker. My local guy had laminate samples that matched perfectly. He placed an order for me and it arrived about a week later.

I was told by the cabinet maker to use a powder glue mixed with water. He said it had better heat resistance if your boat is exposed to the sun. I found the adhesive at ACE hardware.

The laminate comes in a 4' X 8' sheet. I paid around $70.00 for the laminate sheet. Now all you need is a 4' X 8' sheet of plywood. I used an exterior grade and painted epoxy on the edges so it would not absorb water.

I like the original look.

I beleive that would be called Dura trim

Sounds like a bingo to me. Thanks.

Now I need to find it. King Starboard would be easy but I would like to match the rest of the "wood" Dura trim look. Amigo, thanks but it is the trim I need.

I will give it a Google and hopefully find a source unless someone knows of one.
