Hey Everyone out there with Navionics cards,
Check out bouy #16 and bouy # 15 in the Peconic Bay. My card is missing Green # 15, and Red # 16 is marked as Red #15. I also have no data offshore. I called Navionics and was first told that the chip was out of warrenty. So I asked for a supervisor and then got a women that checked it out and found a problem with the newest 904 card as well. It had Green bouy #15 but Red #16 was still labeled as Red # 15. So because of that, Navionics is going to revise their cards and once done they will send an updated card. My card is from 2007 according to them which I purchased last winter thinking it was 2009 info. I guess the vendors push all the old stuff first. Funny thing is my older card from 2005 actually has the date stamped on it and the newer card does not. So anyone boating in the area south of Shelter Island check out bouys 15 and 16 and if you have a problem, Contact Navionics and they will start a case and hopefully send out a newer card when they correct the infomation.
