OK, check in your Simrad manual (or contact Simrad) to see what type of fuel flow sensor it supports, if any. The brand of sensor won't matter - as long it "speaks" the same language as the MFD and the MFD has that functionality built in. Depending on the model and how old it is, there's a possibility that it doesn't support it at all - which means you'll need a stand-a-lone system. Flo-Scan has traditionally been top notch.
