Well I finally got my new Grady in the water.. It ran great, I couldn't be happier.. A couple minor issues that I will be fixing over the week.. Plus still have to fix my trim tabs.. All and all, love the Grady..

Like most of you have read, the boat has been sitting since 2005. Bought it three weeks ago and over the last three weekends, this is what me and my buddies have done.

Two Custom Switch Panels
All new hersee rocker switches
All new wiring for switches and electrics
New Blue seas fast blade fuse panel.
Custom Fish cooler (in empty second hatch, where second gas tank would go)
New Rear Bilge (Think it was too small.. What size you guys run?)
New VHF
New Cd Player
New Hatch doors and covers (small tanks and transom)
New lower unit oil
New Horn
Engine check over, etc
Fuel Water Separator
Tons of other little things.

Pretty happy so far! I will post pictures as soon as I can get them.

Glad to see you are already using the boat. I think all of us have a to do list about as long (or longer) than yours. Enjoy the boat!

Got any pics of the custom cooler where the 2nd tank goes? Seems like a good idea.
