I've decided that my beloved '65 Boston Whaler Nauset is a little too small. I want to fish but not exclusively and want more seats, a better ride, and the stability that a larger boat will provide in the Chesapeake Bay. Am thinking about a Tournament 19 w/ no more than 150 HP. Recently I saw an early 1980's Tarpon 19 that looks good. Whatever I buy I will have surveyed beforehand. My basic question is what specifically to look for in an older GW. I'd appreciate your thoughts and counsel.
