Anyone know where I can buy the nylon grommets for the male part of the snap fastener for the Isenglass?

I've never seen that fastener. Might want to either shoot GW Cust Service an email or see the dealer.

Never seen that fastener. Can you show us a pic of one in place on the windshield. FWIW, it looks like it pulled out because the snap was corroded together. If there are more, I would put a knife blade between the 2 halves, pop them apart, clean and lube remaining fasteners.

I did call Grady white dealer ,because old model of my boats they don't make snap anymore.thanks you
I would check with them again and ask them to find out who the manufacturer is. Start with that - to see if they're even still made - before you go hunting around. You could also contact Grady directly and ask them.

It's easy to make something work there, but it won't look the same. Take a male snap with a threaded stud on it, flat washer, regular nut inside the hole to keep it centered, flat washer on the other side, and a nyloc or cap nut.
Would still like to see a pic of a complete one.
