I just replaced the 10 micron filter with the 2 micron filter.. This is the water seperating filter with the
plastic bowl on bottom (S3220SUL)
THe filter comes packed with 2 O rings and a smaller black ring. It is obvious where the 2 large rings go
but for the life of me I have no idea what the 3rd smaller one is for.. There was not a similar one when I dissasembled the 10 micron filter..The filter has instructions on the side but there is nothing referencing the small ring.. It is about 1 In in Dia and about 1 in high.. Black.. ANyone know what this is about ??
